Allowing toddlers to be toddlers and caregivers the freedom to choose to chase or allow them to run around. While many activities will engage them to stay close and play, this will not be a traditional yoga class. There will be blankets provided to each caregiver and toddler with beanie babies to play with. The class will feature a children’s yoga book and yoga songs to get everyone moving and having fun!
