Private Yoga Sessions
Why book a private kids’ yoga teacher?
Bring Calm, Creativity, and Connection to Your Family
Looking for something fun to do on a Sunday afternoon? Do the kids have extra time during a school break? Gather the family or invite a few friends over for a private yoga experience!
A private yoga session is a wonderful way to spend quality time together through mindful movement, creativity, and play. Each class includes age-appropriate yoga poses, breathing exercises, and guided mindfulness activities designed to help children and adults connect, relax, and have fun.
At ArtsyAsana, every class emphasizes social-emotional learning and practical calming strategies that families can continue using long after class ends. Our instructors create a welcoming, supportive environment where every participant feels encouraged to learn at their own pace. Looking for an extra creative touch? We can also include a themed yoga-inspired art project as an optional add-on.
We bring the experience to you! Whether you have space in your home, backyard, or would prefer to meet at a local park or community center, we'll transform your chosen location into a peaceful yoga space. To ensure the best experience for everyone, we ask that classes take place in a calm environment where each child feels safe, comfortable, and supported.
Our instructors provide the yoga mats, props, music, and everything needed for a memorable class—you simply gather your group and enjoy the experience together.A supplemental practice for anxiety and stress
ArtsyAsana offers in-home meditation tutoring for children, with a focus on supporting neurodiverse minds—including those with ADHD, autism, and sensory differences.
Our sessions are playful, sensory-friendly, and tailored to your child’s unique needs. Meditation and breath work can help them build calm, focus, and emotional resilience in a safe and familiar environment. For these sessions, we recommend taking place in the comfort of the home, free of distractions. These are more commonly one-on-one sessions with the teacher and student, but parents are welcome to join and experience inner peace.
There are many different ways to practice meditation. If you feel your child may not be suited to traditional meditation, our instructors thoughtfully adapt mindfulness and meditation activities to meet the unique needs, interests, and developmental levels of each student. Give it a try, and the results may be transformative.
All materials, mats, props, and tools are included, but instructors are happy to utilize assistive technology and any other helpful tools best suited for your student.

“Yoga teaches kids tools and techniques to help regulate their emotions, breathing techniques and provided my daughter with the proper language to explain how she was feeling at times.”
