Kid’s Community Yoga Class
My very first Kid’s Yoga Class offering started here! This is a brand-new building with a beautiful outdoor playground located on the northeast side of St. Petersburg. This class is held in 6-week sessions throughout the year. This class is a perfect opportunity for your child to start developing the habits of self-care and mental fitness.
Birthday Parties and Events
Hire an entertaining yoga teacher for a birthday party or kid’s event at $175 per hour and a half. This includes yoga mats and materials for up to 15 children.
Great for all ages.
There is a take-home activity for each child.
Music and sound are provided, along with fun yoga games to enhance mobility and flexibility. Meditation practice to build brain muscle and regulate emotions.
Private Meditation tutor
Hire a meditation tutor for your child and watch them develop higher self-awareness. Meditation’s benefits are unique, and each tutoring session will be tailored to the child. Whether it’s self-regulation, focus, or calming strategies, these sessions can enhance the well-being of your child.
Tutor will come to your home provided there is a calm and open space for practice. Virtual sessions also available.

Yoga in School or Camp
Hire a fun yoga teacher to come into any school in Pinellas County. Bring yoga into a classroom or summer program to incorporate mindful movement into their week.

Yoga Babysitting
Now offering babysitting services with an option to add an hour-long yoga class! Experienced with children ages 3-10 years old.
Prices
$20 per hour for 1 child
$5 additional child
$35 add-on for 1-hour yoga class, all materials and supplies included

The journey to becoming a well-rounded human has many steps. The difficulties in life are pressed upon us; whether it’s working hard in school or the many responsibilities we have at home or work. I teach children to develop emotional and physical self-regulation through mindfulness practice. We take time to become more present with what is happening around and inside us. I teach many tools for young people to use independently, including breathing techniques and eye gazing.
